Room Block Request Form

Room block requests are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, and based on availability.

BUYER BEWARE! Connections Housing is the only housing company authorized by Vision Expo East to provide housing services to Vision Expo East participants. Please do not conduct business with any other travel or housing company claiming to represent this event. Should you happen to receive communication from any outside company, please forward their contact information to Connections Housing via email at VisionExpo@connectionshousing.com.

GROUP HOUSING TERMS & DEADLINES:

Reservation(s) must be guaranteed with a credit card in the amount equaling a deposit of one night’s room & tax for each room reserved. The credit card used to hold room(s) must be valid through May 2022. Please note, nothing will be charged to the credit card at the time of booking.

ROOMING LIST DEADLINE: Friday February 25, 2022
We will need the individual names, bed type requests and arrival/departure dates for each room in your hotel block by this date. After this date, any room that is not assigned a name will be released back into general inventory for others to book.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
There is a 72 Hour cancellation policy in place for all reservations. Failure to cancel a reservation 72 Hours prior to your reservation will result in a one night non-refundable guest room charge plus applicable taxes posted by the Hotel to the guest’s credit card on file or forfeiture of deposit.

DEPOSIT POLICY:
Your hotel may charge a deposit in the amount of one night room charge plus tax. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your room expense.

Please provide us with THREE hotel choices from the available hotels, for your group block placement in order of preference.

If requested hotels are not available, a room block will be made at the next available hotel. Please indicate preferred criteria for placement.

Your block request form will be confirmed by the Connections Housing, the official Vision Expo East housing company. After the block assignment is complete, you will receive an email from your housing team with detailed reservation procedures and important deadlines.
