Room Block Request Form

Room block requests are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and based on availability.

Cancellation Policy:There is a 72 Hour Cancellation Policy in place for all reservations at all hotels. Failure to cancel your reservation within the hotel cancellation policy will result in a one night non-refundable guest room charge plus applicable taxes posted to the attendee's credit card given at time of booking.

Taxes and/or Fees: 15.25% Hotel Room State Tax per night plus $2.50 Occupancy Tax per night (fees are subject to change without notice) All rooms within the block not reserved by July 31, 2019 will be released to general sale.

BUYER BEWARE! Connections Housing, is the only housing company authorized by Aluminum USA to provide housing services to Aluminum USA attendees. Please do not conduct business with any other travel or housing company claiming to represent this event. Should you happen to receive communication from any outside company, please forward their contact information Connections Housing via email at aluminumusa@connectionshousing.com.
