Room Block Request Form

Room block requests are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and based on availability.

Rooming list deadline is May 8th, 2020 – ALL rooming lists must have credit card on file by June 8th, 2020 to secure reservations.Reservations without credit card may be cancelled.If you require a credit card authorization for your group please let us know by June 5th,2020. Dashboard access is automically made available for groups of 10 or more. ACH and check payments MUST be made directly to the hotel 45 days prior to groups first arrival.

BUYER BEWARE! Connections Housing, is the only housing company authorized by SUPERCON 2020 to provide housing services to SUPERCON 2020 participants. Please do not conduct business with any other travel or housing company claiming to represent this event. Should you happen to receive communication from any outside company, please forward their contact information Connections Housing via email at SUPERCON@connectionshousing.com.
