Room Block Request Form

Deposit Policy

  • Treasure Island - TI Las Vegas will be charging the credit card given at the time of booking a one night's room and tax deposit on July 19, 2019.
  • The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino will be charging a non-refundable deposit equal one night’s room and tax on July 11, 2019.
    • If the credit card provided is not valid and chargeable in the amount of one night’s room and tax, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation.
    • 72 Hours Prior to arrival, the hotel will be charging the remaining balance of the entire stay.
    • Any new reservations made inside of the 72 Hours will be charged a non-refundable deposit equal to the length of stay.
    • Deposit will only be refundable due to verifiable personal emergencies.

Taxes and/or Fees: 13.38% Hotel Room State Tax per night (subject to change) Rates do not include a daily resort fee plus tax per night. All taxes and fees subject to change without notice.

These rooms are currently held for your group block but must be assigned to individual guests.

All rooms within the block not reserved by June 20, 2019 will be released to general sale.

Room block requests are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, and based on availability.

BUYER BEWARE! Connections Housing is the only housing company authorized by PGA Fashion & Demo Experience to provide housing services to PGA Fashion & Demo Experience attendees and exhibitors. Please do not conduct business with any other travel or housing company claiming to represent this event. Should you happen to receive communication from any outside company, please forward their contact information Connections Housing via email at PGAShows@connectionshousing.com.

If requested hotels are not available, a room block will be made at the next available hotel. Please indicate preferred criteria for placement.

Your block request form will be confirmed by Connections Housing, the official 2019 PGA Fashion & Demo Experience housing company. After the block assignment is complete, you will receive an email from your housing team with detailed reservation procedures and important deadlines.
